Please include:

• your Shopify order number;
• the email address used at checkout;
• a short description of the issue; and
• the specific correction requested, if applicable.

Order not received?

Check your spam, junk and promotions folders first. If 48 hours have passed since payment was confirmed, contact us and we will investigate.

Protect your information

Do not email passwords, complete card details, government identification or sensitive information that is not needed to help with your order.
