Orders and delivery
What will I receive?
The standard product includes a personalised portrait and romantic reflection. The Signature product includes a longer structured reflection and professionally presented digital files. Exact inclusions are listed on each product page.
Is anything physically shipped?
No. All products are digital and delivered by email.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are normally delivered within 24–48 hours after payment is confirmed.
What if my order does not arrive?
Check your spam and promotions folders and confirm the delivery email in your order confirmation. If 48 hours have passed, contact support with your order number.
Creation and accuracy
Are the portraits hand-drawn?
No. Our current portraits and readings are created with AI-assisted digital tools and reviewed by our team before delivery.
Is the portrait a prediction of a real person?
No. It is an imaginative interpretation based on the details and preferences you provide. It cannot identify or guarantee the appearance of a present or future partner.
Are the readings psychic advice?
No. They are creative reflections for entertainment and personal exploration. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or professional relationship advice.
Personalisation and revisions
What information do I need to provide?
We normally ask for your name, date of birth, delivery email and optional portrait or relationship preferences. Please provide only information you are comfortable having processed for the order.
Can I request any gender or appearance?
Yes. Our products are intended to be inclusive. You can describe your preferences in your own words. Appearance preferences should be optional and respectfully expressed.
Can I change my information after ordering?
Contact us immediately. We can update the information if production has not started. Once a personalised order is complete, a further change may require a new order unless the error was ours.
What if the wrong details are used?
Contact us within seven days. If we made the error, we will correct the order at no charge.
Privacy and permitted use
How is my information used?
We use it to create, review, deliver and support your order. Necessary information may be processed by Shopify, email, cloud-storage and AI text or image providers. See our Privacy Policy for more information.
Can I print or share my portrait?
Yes, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell the files or present them as another creator’s work.
