This page explains how Soulmates Drawings uses personal information when you browse our website, place an order or contact support. It supplements the privacy information shown during Shopify checkout.

Information we collect

• Order and contact details, such as your name, email address, order number and purchased products.
• Personalisation details you choose to provide, such as birth date, zodiac sign, gender interest and appearance or style preferences.
• Support messages, correction requests and delivery records.
• Technical information collected through Shopify and permitted cookies, such as device, browser and site activity data.

Please do not submit sensitive information that is not needed to personalise your order.

How we use information

• To accept payment, create, review and deliver your digital order.
• To respond to questions, correct errors and handle satisfaction or refund requests.
• To prevent fraud, keep business records and meet legal obligations.
• To improve product quality and customer experience using aggregated or appropriately limited information.
• To send marketing email only where permitted; you can unsubscribe at any time.

AI-assisted production

Our portraits and written reflections are AI-assisted. We aim to send only the information needed for creation and quality control to production tools. Team members review outputs before delivery. Do not include private information about another person in your order.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the store and fulfil orders, including Shopify for ecommerce and checkout, email and file-delivery services, Google Workspace for controlled working files, analytics or fraud-prevention services, and AI-assisted creative tools. These providers process information under their own security and privacy terms and only for the services they provide to us.

Retention and security

We keep order and accounting records for the period required for business and legal purposes. Personalisation inputs and working files should be access-restricted and deleted or anonymised when they are no longer needed for delivery, support, fraud prevention or legal obligations. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure.

International processing

Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we rely on appropriate contractual or legal safeguards for international transfers.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or a portable copy of certain personal information. You may also withdraw marketing consent. Some information must be retained where required by law or needed to resolve a transaction.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly invite children to submit personal information.
